Barefooted NZ is about connecting people with nature through exploring, crafting and play. Barefooted believes in having a sole connection with our planet and for people to recognise the role we have in protecting it.

Mission Statement

To provide experiences for tamariki and rangatahi to develop / create a sole connection with the earth- by participating, developing partnerships and growing a passion for protecting our earth.

Vision Statement

For Barefooted NZ to reach tamariki of all ethnicities, cultures and socio-economic backgrounds, to develop a love and respect for our earth through learning traditional skills that will stay with them through their life journey.
